Cost: $500 per team *includes green and cart fees

To compete for the holes with prize eligibility shots must be taken from the gold tees -Maximum of 2 mulligans can be purchased for $10 each at registration.

* This tournament will have a net tournament payout. Projected payouts above are based on a minimum field of 25 teams. Payout is subject to change.

Please complete the following registration form and submit back along with registration fee payable to Murphy Rotary Club by September 16, 2024
Registration will be taken on a first come basis.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be made after September 27, 2024
Registration fee will not be refunded to “no shows”.
